Whoever you are, whatever the problem
Volunteering Matters
Volunteers are vital to the Citizens Advice Service working in partnership with staff to provide quality advice and support to deliver services across Greater Manchester. The Citizens Advice volunteering programme is one that offers a way to really support and get to know your local community.
Volunteering is a two way thing
We absolutely understand volunteering is a two way thing so whilst you are giving your time to us, we give you something in return. We provide you with quality training, the ability to gain experience and build new skills, and provide you with a role where you can really make a difference.
In order to deliver a high-quality service for our clients, we invest in volunteers' recruitment, development and management. By providing supportive and constructive environments, we enable a range of people with different skills and backgrounds to volunteer. We welcome people from all walks of life; people who have retired, people who are looking to gain new skills, people who are studying and feel that volunteering will compliment their studies - whatever the reason you are interested in volunteering, we will have a role for you.
